Day 14

Jillian Michaels fascinates me! I love her! I know a lot of people out there think she's annoying, but I think she is wonderful! I love how she breaks the contestants down and gets to the reason of why they are overweight and helps them accomplish their goals. She is the reason why I want to become a personal trainer.

Day 12

The highs and lows of the past year for me. Hmmm....I can barely remember what happened yesterday, let alone the past year! :) Here are the few things I came up with:
Highs:
  • Paisley turned a year old! She is such a crazy little girl, full of life and love and smiles. I love her to pieces!!
  • Tyra turned five years old! I can't believe that she is five, I don't feel old enough to have a five year old. I love her so much. She also is full of life, very smart, and teaching me new things every day. I also love her to pieces!!
  • Tyra also lost two teeth. She is growing up so fast!
  • Lee and I got to go on an overnight getaway. Our first in two years. It was wonderful!
  • Lee and I had our six year anniversary. I love him so much!
  • I hit my weight loss goal this past year
  • I learned to love to run, which was something I used to despise!
  • Lee graduated with his Associates Degree, and is currently working on his Bachelors Degree. I am so grateful for a husband who works so hard for his family.

Lows:

  • I lost my grandpa this past year. He was a wonderful man, whom I loved very much.
  • I have witnessed my best friend spiral downwards and throw her life and family away. Its been hard to watch, and even harder to not be able to help her.
  • I trained for four months to run a half marathon, and a few weeks before the marathon I injured my knee, and was unable to run the half marathon. I was very devastated.

And that is about all I can think of that has happened this past year. I think the past year has actually been pretty good to me. I have my family, my health and good friends, and that's all I need to have those highs in my life!! :)

Day 11

I want to move somewhere warm. I would love to live in Arizona if I could. I am not a fan of these Utah winters. I really don't like snow. I could move just about anywhere though. Since I live in the same house I grew up in, I haven't really experienced life outside of this town.
I really hope that when my husband is done with school he finds a job that will take us out of this town, and I can experience a new place.
There are many places I would like to visit. Europe (Italy, France), the Carribean again maybe different islands though.

Day 9

My ipod is shuffling through 1900 songs and here are the first ten songs that come on:
1: Bed of Roses-Bon Jovi
2: We're Young and Beautiful-Carrie Underwood
3: Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?-Shania Twain
4:Give It Away-Red Hot Chili Peppers
5: No Scrubs-TLC
6: God That Failed You-Metallica
7: Catch A Wave-Beach Boys
8: There Must Be More to Life Than This-Michael Jackson
9: Heartache Tonight-Michael Buble
10: Invisible-Taylor Swift

Wow, quite the range of music there! I do listen to pretty much everything and anything. I love country, pop, R&B, Hard Rock, I love it all! Bon Jovi was the first concert I ever went to. I grew up listening to Beach Boys, and Beach Boys reminds me of driving transport for Danville and one of the individuals would request Beach Boys all the time, so that cd brings back good memories! Its funny though, I haven't listened to any of these songs for quite a while!
